Well, it's been a rather lazy day. I didn't sleep well and didn't feel as energetic today as I have before. But we did cut the doorframe and I just had to give a short update. Nothing spectacular to say about it. We cut it rather easily. Turns out, just treat that wood like metal and you'll be fine. We took an old but sharp iron saw and cut the bits of that were too much in minutes. And with the right holes drilled it driving screws in works like a charm. So now we have a doorframe that fits and just one piece of plasterboard put on. But the room takes shape and even though it's acutally tiny, Buddha will have a cosy place to live in this house.
For the rest of the day we decided it to be a sunday. Well, after all it is a sunday! My brother and I went looking at some more pickup trucks and now we're about to rent a movie for tonight. Nothing exciting, as I've said. The girls will hit the bus back to Bangkok tonight and the house will be a bit less crowded. One of the next days will see us going to Lampang where the sister of Tuk's lives. People are joking about finding a girlfriend for me up there. I just said, what do a need a girlfriend in Lampang for, that's 150 km away!
